How much does it cost to resurface a tennis court in central and western NY?

The average cost range to resurface a tennis court in NY is $10,000 to $15,000.  There are quite a few factors that can come into play, which providing an exact price.  Here are just a few variables that can impact resurfacing costs:

Can you permanently repair the cracks on my tennis, basketball, or pickleball court?

 There are multiple options that we can discuss, regarding crack repair on your court.  The traditional methods come at the lowest cost, but will only be a temporary fix.  These crack fillers fill and seal off the cracks and make the court look new.  However, structural cracks that go through the entire asphalt or concrete base will exhibit movement and reopen.  The length of time depends on each individual court and the condition of the sub-base and construction methods. 

At Super Seal, we also install the Riteway Crack Repair System for longer-term repairs.  Riteway consists of a multi-layer system of overlay fabrics, adhered to the surface with highly flexible and strong acrylic binders.  This conceals the crack and leaves it hidden under the new resurfacing system.

During our free site visit, we can help you determine which methods make the most sense for you and your facility.  If your court is too far gone and neither method makes sense, we can also help with recommendations and referrals to qualified paving companies and tennis court builders. 

We are looking for a tennis court cleaning company.  Do you clean tennis courts and is it safe to use high-pressure equipment on our court surface?

Cleaning court surfaces is a large part of our business.  Not only do we get hired to clean courts that just need to look like new again, but we have to make sure court surfaces are clean before applying new coatings during the resurfacing process.  This is very important to the adhesion of new coatings.  That being said, we invest in state-of-the-art cleaning equipment to make our job easier and ensure safe and thorough power washing.  Here are just a few important court cleaning methods that set us apart:

• The Cyclone TRSSOO-CY210 uses hot water with rotating wash heads. It also reclaims the waste water to keep from flooding your yard with dirty contaminated residue.
• Our machines do not need to use any chemicals, just water. The hot water and specialized power washing machines do all of the cleaning work, safely.
• Our machines are ideal for removing organic growth like mold, mildew, and moss, without using bleach. Not only is organic growth ugly, but it can also be dangerous and slippery.

We want to get a pickleball court installed in our backyard.  Do you build pickleball courts?

We can work directly with local and regional paving companies that we know and trust to build pickleball courts.  Contact us and we can discuss options based on your available space.  Once the court base is installed, we can apply the pickleball surfacing system of your choice.  Super Seal uses SportMaster Sport Surfaces as our preferred brand of sport coatings.  SportMaster has both hard and cushioned pickleball court surfacing systems for player comfort and long-lasting durability.  PickleMaster was created by SportMaster & is the official playing surface of USA Pickleball (the governing body of Pickleball in the United States).  PickleMaster is factory-mixed with a specific blend of find rounded aggregate for safe non-slip play, but not too aggressive for decreased ball wear.  Just like all of our other SportMaster systems, there are 17 standard colors and up to 100 colors via the ColorPlus Fusion pigment line.

Do you install and paint multi-purpose courts?

Multi-purpose, or combination courts, are becoming very popular.  This is a great way to take advantage of space by blending game lines for various sports onto the same court surface.  Here are just a few common sports court combinations:

• Pickleball & Basketball combo courts
• Tennis Court with Basketball court lines
• Playground games (Hopscotch, 4 square, US & World maps)
• Kids 10 & Under Tennis Lines blended on Tennis Court
• Volleyball & Badminton
• Futsal & Soccer

When surfacing, or painting, multi-use courts, we normally stripe the main sport lines in white.  Then, we can use complimentary colors of line paint to contrast with the surface coating colors.  With the use of portable nets and goals or lining up two sports to use the same net, there are many possibilities. 

Can you install or paint custom logos on our sports court?

Yes, we are able to provide you with a quote for painting logos on your sports court surface.  If you can provide us with a picture of a desired logo, numbering or lettering, we can put a quote together.  In order for us to get the custom stencils, we will need to get the artwork in a vector file format.  If you are not able to find a vector format, our designers can create the vector file from a picture format for an extra cost.  We can then scale the logo to fit on your preferred area of the court surface.  Common logo ideas include:

• School or college logos
• Professional sport team logos
• Inspirational slogans
• Names or jersey numbers
• Location (City or State Names)
• Brand or company names & graphics
• Sponsor and adopt-a-court logos (fundraisers)

Do you offer maintenance programs for court cleaning and repair?
